The main function of this position is to maintain a safe aquatic and fitness environment for all resident, guest and employee users of the state of the art fitness center.
The minimum qualifications for this position are: lifeguard certification required (Red Cross or YMCA certification preferred); current CPR and First Aid certifications; previous experience in a fitness environment and with older adults preferred; ability to work independently; react to emergency situations; excellent customer service skills; and positive attitude.
