Retirement Sales Counselor

The main function of this position is to: assist the Sales & Marketing Director to exceed budgeted occupancy using sales and marketing strategies which encourage applications and move-ins to the retirement community.

The minimum education, experience and qualifications for this position are: Bachelor's degree with focus in marketing, communications or related field of study preferred; 5+ years of sales experience; experience in senior's housing a plus; possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be organized and goal oriented; and patience and a genuine desire to problem solve a plus.
